ACHI has a full line-up of exciting events this spring. The events range from outreach and enrollments into the various state health insurance plans, to health fairs and a Men’s Health Workshop which offer opportunities for screening and provision of services. Join us!

Outreach and Enrollment
ACHI representatives will enroll people in the various state health insurance programs and help with annual reviews at the ACHI office: 1125 Tremont Street, 2nd Floor, Roxbury, MA. Please call 617 989 3034 for appointment. Also seek out ACHI at the following events for enrollment and reviews:

On-going Health Screening

Venue: Cathedral of the Holy Cross, 1400 Washington Street, South End, Boston
In collaboration with Cathedral Cares, participants will be screened for Diabetes, Cholesterol and High blood pressure. Flu Shots will be provided.
 
Spring Into Health Fair                   
Free Health Screenings; Free Health Educational materials; Health Insurance Information presented by Health Plans; Enrollment Into State Health Insurance Plans; HIV/AIDS counseling and screening; Flu Clinic - participants will receive free H1N1 flu vaccine;
Men’s Health Workshop presented by Amadou Diagne of Gilead Sciences.
In collaboration with Boston Medical Center, United Nations Association of Greater Boston, Celticare, Dotwell, Neighborhood Health Plan, Greater Boston Sickle Cell Association
